  2. Strike & Enforcement System
    We follow a structured enforcement system:

First violation → Warning
Second violation → Temporary restriction (e.g., upload block)
Third violation → Permanent ban

  1. Advertising & Promotions
    World Premium provides an internal advertising system:

a. Eligibility
Any user, creator, or business can run ads.

b. Responsibility
Advertisers are responsible for:

Accuracy
Compliance with laws
Honest representation
c. Prohibited Ads

Misleading content
Harmful or illegal content
Adult content
d. Moderation
We may approve, reject, or remove ads at any time.

e. No Guarantee
We do not guarantee results or performance.

All payments made for advertising services are non-refundable unless required by law. In case of any issue, users can contact support.

  1. Creator Monetization

Creators may become eligible for monetization after meeting the following requirements:

  • Minimum 1000 subscribers
  • Minimum 10,000 valid video views
  • Minimum 5 uploaded original videos
  • Account must be active for at least 30 days
  • No serious policy violations or community guideline strikes
  • Content must follow World Premium policies and copyright rules
  • Fake views, bots, or artificial engagement are strictly prohibited
  • Creator must complete required profile and verification details
  • Monetization approval is subject to manual and automated review by World Premium

World Premium reserves the right to:

  • Approve or reject monetization applications
  • Disable monetization for policy violations
  • Hold or remove earnings from fraudulent activity
  • Update eligibility requirements at any time

Earnings may depend on:

  • Audience quality
  • Watch time
  • Region
  • Advertiser demand
  • Content category
  • Platform performance

Monetization is not guaranteed for all creators.

  1. Creator Earnings & Revenue Sharing

Creator earnings may be generated from:

  • Advertisements
  • Promotions
  • Gifts
  • Brand collaborations
  • Other platform monetization features

Revenue share and rates may vary depending on:

  • Audience quality
  • Engagement
  • Region
  • Advertiser demand
  • Platform policies

World Premium does not guarantee fixed earnings.

  1. Wallet System

World Premium may provide a digital wallet system for creators and advertisers.

Wallet balance may be used for:

  • Running advertisements
  • Receiving creator earnings
  • Promotions and platform services

Wallet balances are non-transferable outside the platform except where withdrawal is permitted.

  1. Withdrawals & Verification

Users must complete required verification before withdrawals.

World Premium may:

  • Hold payments for review
  • Delay withdrawals for fraud checks
  • Reject suspicious transactions

Minimum withdrawal limits may apply.

  1. Fake Views & Invalid Activity

Artificial engagement is strictly prohibited, including:

  • Fake views
  • Bot traffic
  • Automated clicks
  • Fake accounts
  • Manipulated watch time

Violation may result in:

  • Monetization removal
  • Wallet hold
  • Revenue cancellation
  • Permanent suspension
  1. Advertisements

World Premium may display advertisements on videos and platform content.

Revenue sharing for creators will depend on:

  • Video performance
  • Audience quality
  • Advertiser demand
  • Platform policies

Ad rates and earnings may change at any time.

Advertising and promotional payments are generally non-refundable once campaigns begin running.

Refunds may only be provided where required by law or approved by World Premium.

  1. Automated Detection System

World Premium may use AI systems and automated moderation tools to detect:

  • Harmful content
  • Spam
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Policy violations
  • Copyright abuse

Content or accounts violating platform rules may be restricted or removed automatically.

  1. Platform Rights

World Premium reserves the right to:

  • Remove any content
  • Disable monetization
  • Suspend accounts
  • Restrict wallet access
  • Update platform rules and policies

without prior notice if necessary for security, legal compliance, or platform safety.
