By using World Premium, users agree to this policy.

  1. General Policy

World Premium provides digital services including video sharing, creator monetization, advertising services, subscriptions, and wallet-based features. Due to the nature of digital services, most successful transactions are generally non-refundable unless specifically mentioned otherwise.

  1. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered in the following situations:

  • Payment deducted but service not delivered
  • Duplicate transactions
  • Technical failure caused by platform systems
  • Unauthorized transaction reported by the user
  • Failed advertisement activation after successful payment
  • Subscription purchased but not activated due to platform error

All refund requests are subject to verification and approval by World Premium.

  1. Non-Refundable Transactions

The following transactions are generally non-refundable:

  • Successfully delivered digital services
  • Creator support payments or gifts
  • Wallet top-ups/add money transactions
  • Advertisement campaigns already running or completed
  • Promotional or sponsored services
  • Subscription periods already used
  • Transactions involving policy violations, abuse, or fraud
  1. Wallet Balance Policy

Funds added to WP Wallet are treated as digital platform balance and may not be withdrawn back to the original payment method except where required by applicable law or approved by World Premium after internal review.

World Premium reserves the right to limit, freeze, or reverse wallet balances in cases involving:

  • fraud,
  • suspicious activity,
  • chargebacks,
  • policy violations,
  • payment disputes,
  • or security risks.
  1. Advertisement Payments

Advertisers are responsible for reviewing campaign details before payment.

Once an advertisement campaign is approved and begins delivery:

  • payments become non-refundable,
  • partially consumed ad budgets may not be reversed.

If an ad is rejected before activation due to policy reasons, eligible balances may be credited back to the advertiser wallet.

  1. Subscription Cancellation

Users may cancel subscriptions at any time. However:

  • cancellation does not automatically generate refunds,
  • access may continue until the current billing cycle ends.

No refunds are provided for partially used subscription periods unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.

  1. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within:

  • 5–10 business days for UPI, wallets, and bank transfers
  • 7–15 business days for cards and international payment methods

Actual timelines may vary depending on banks, payment providers, and financial institutions.

  1. Chargebacks & Disputes

Users are encouraged to contact World Premium support before initiating payment disputes or chargebacks.

World Premium reserves the right to:

  • suspend accounts,
  • limit services,
  • or recover losses
    associated with fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.
  1. Fraud Prevention

To protect creators, advertisers, users, and the platform ecosystem, World Premium may:

  • manually review transactions,
  • hold suspicious payments,
  • request identity verification,
  • or temporarily suspend withdrawals.
